Well this rocked my world. Throughout my Zen and mindfulness journey I have always thought, and been teaching, that there is only this moment. Most of our pain is rooted in something we regret from the past, or that we are anticipating about the future. This is probably still true. However, now I see that there really is no Present Moment- there is no Now. All of this is a figment of our imaginations, a culmination of thoughts that we stream together to make sense of something that is possibly nonsensical. More on this soon.
