Luke Nathan, Psy.D. is a dedicated sport psychology professional who earned his Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University's Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. With extensive experience working with collegiate and professional athletes, Dr. Luke integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to enhance mental performance, resilience, and overall well-being.

Dr. Luke recently completed his pre-doctoral training as a Pre-Doctoral Sport Psychology Clinician at Seton Hall University and a Wellness and Clinical Services Intern with the New York Giants. At Seton Hall, he provided individual consultations and led team workshops focused on optimizing group dynamics and performance. With the Giants, he supported various sport psychology initiatives, collaborating with players and staff to foster mental performance in a high-pressure, elite sport environment.

A former Division I athlete, Dr. Luke played for the Rutgers Men's Basketball team, contributing to the program's historic rise. His firsthand experience as a high-level competitor informs his work with athletes, emphasizing the mental skills needed for sustained excellence. His work spans individual therapy, team-building workshops, and program development, making a lasting impact in both collegiate and professional sports environments.
