Drawing from my experiences as a Division 1 athlete and coach, I deeply understand the importance of resilience and use a compassionate, collaborative approach to help clients reframe thoughts and achieve well-being.

Alyssa is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LPC pending) with experience working with a diverse population of individuals and athletes. Alyssa earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University.

Drawing from her experiences as a Division 1 athlete and coach, Alyssa deeply understands the importance of resilience in achieving peak emotional and physical well-being. Alyssa’s therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a belief in the innate strength of every individual. Alyssa helps her clients identify distorted thinking patterns and learn to reframe thoughts to be more adaptive. Alyssa is committed to fostering an inclusive space and growth environment where clients can explore their inner thoughts and feelings. In her work, Alyssa uses a holistic and eclectic approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based interventions to help to empower individuals to control the controllable and live more fulfilling lives.
